AireControl is a web-based enterprise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software that allows the organisation to manage the company’s servicing job orders & customers’ requests.

The CRM helps to automate and track the scheduling of jobs for the service personals carrying out the repairs and maintenance work of the air-conditioner unit for their customers.

Each service person will be assigned to an Android tablet which shows a list of servicing jobs for the day and the details of every particular job from a mobile application. Upon completion of each repair, the customer will digitally sign on the service person’s tablet to acknowledge the completion of the job.
