The Cloud Bar – An interactive bar @ DFS, Singapore Changi Airport was developed based on a simple objective – to create meaningful engagement that would delight customers and in turn, lead to increased brand awareness and memorable shopping experience.
What We Did
We help to create an engaging experience with increased buying intent and generate better brand awareness and brand experience at the same time and within a short amount of time.
Content Creation and Brand Awareness
The brand contents can be updated using a content management system (CMS). These contents can be triggered by placing a physical item representing the product directly onto the screen.
Design Your Own Cocktail Mix
The customer can design their own drinks from a pre-determined list of ingredients which includes the brand products, mixers and garnishes. The bartender would create the drink upon receiving the order via a tablet.
The travellers can share their experiences by taking pictures at the photo booth, decorating the photos with different brand related stickers and sending it to their emails or via a QR code.
The end result was an engaging, fun, and memorable experience with greater brand awareness and outreach.
